Credit Card - Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta,
Visa Electron, Maestro, Switch, Solo, American Express
& JCB. Online, phone or fax.
Cheque - please allow 5 working days for clearance.
Payment may be possible by cheque in your own currency
(subject to a commission charge) please enquire when
ordering.
Postal Order - UK only
Direct Money Transfer - please request our bank
details.
Paypal - payment is possible by Paypal.
Please enquire about availibility before ordering and
details will be sent.

Placing your order
Please ensure you enter a valid email address and phone
number on the order form. Confirmation of your order
and confirmation of despatch of your order will be sent
to this email address so it is important that it is
accurate. Once you have placed your order check your
confirmation email to ensure the order is correct. Notify
of us any errors immediately as mistakes cannot be rectified
once orders have been shipped. Also, in the event of
any problem with your order we will need to contact
you by email first.
Shipping charges
All orders are sent in strong envelopes with stiffeners
or an appropriate box for large orders. Used vinyl is
cleaned before despatch.
Orders received before 3pm Mon-Fri will be despatched
the same day.
Double packs & albums : Double packs count as
two records. Albums count according to the number of
records in the set for postage charges.
UK
£2.00 for the first
record. 50p for each record thereafter up to a maximum
of £7. Orders of up to 9 records are sent by the
Recorded Signed For service and are automatically insured
up to £28 and must be signed for. Please allow
up to 2 days for delivery.
Orders of 10 or more records will be sent by Standard
Parcels service and will be fully insured. The flat
charge for this service is £7 for any number of
records. Allow 3-5 days for delivery.
