Methods of Payment

Credit Card - Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo accepted. Online or by phone.

Cheque - UK only. Please allow 5 working days for cheque clearance.

Postal Order - UK only. Please enquire before ordering.

Direct Money Transfer - please request our bank details. IBAN & BIC codes are available for customers within Europe.

Paypal - Please select the Paypal option after you checkout. You will then be redirected to login to your Paypal account and complete your payment.

Please note due to card & paypal transaction charges we have a minimum order value of £5.

Cancellation of orders - If you place & pay for an order using a debit / credit card then cancel it before it is despatched you will be refunded the amount of the order minus a £1 charge. We are charged for refunds to all cards and so have to pass this on in the event of you cancelling your purchase completely. In the event of any item being out of stock in your order requiring a refund OR you wish to cancel the rest of your order due to an item being out of stock you will not be charged this fee.

Discounts - Please enter any discount code you may have received when placing your order. The discount will be in the form of a refund to the same card or the paypal account used when your order is despatched. Discounts are valid towards the cost of items only, delivery charges are not included in the discount unless specifically stated or the code is valid for a delivery offer or discount.

Placing your order

Please ensure you enter a valid email address and phone number on the order form. Confirmation of your order and confirmation of despatch of your order will be sent to this email address so it is important that it is accurate. Once you have placed your order check your confirmation email to ensure the order is correct. Notify of us any errors immediately as mistakes cannot be rectified once orders have been shipped. Also, in the event of any problem with your order we will need to contact you by email first.

Delivery

All orders are sent in strong envelopes with stiffeners or an appropriate box for large orders. Used vinyl is cleaned before despatch.

Orders received before 3pm Mon-Fri will be despatched the same day.

Double packs & albums : Double packs count as two records. Albums count according to the number of records in the set for postage charges.

Delivery Charges

UK

UK Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £2.50 per order.

Recorded Signed For Delivery which insures your package up to £39 is included for all orders of up to 9 records. Please allow up to 2 working days for delivery.

Orders of 10+ items will be sent by Standard Parcels or other courier service and will be fully insured. Allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

Special Delivery is also available as an option when ordering. Pease tick the box on the postage page if you require this service. This service insures your order up to £500 and guarantees next working day delivery before 1pm*

Charges for this service are

1-9 items : £8

10+ items : £12

*For orders of up to 9 records payment must be received by 3pm to ensure next day delivery. For orders of 10 records or more payment must be received by 10.30 am to ensure same day despatch as for orders over 2kg a delivery will be booked with a courier. If received after 10.30 am your order will be collected the following working day. Collections & Deliveries are made Mon-Fri only with this service.

Europe

£3.40 for the first item. £0.90 for each item thereafter. Orders sent by Airmail.

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

Your order is automatically insured up to £39.

If you order contains more than 9 items we may split your package to ensure swift delivery.

£5.50 for the first item. £2.00 for each item thereafter. Orders are sent by Airmail.
